2021
Founded in Birmingham, UK
Elena Vasquez and Dr. Raj Mehta founded TalentFlow AI with a seed round of £1.2M, determined to fix broken hiring with ethical, explainable AI.
2022
First 1,000 Employers
Rapid word-of-mouth growth saw the platform hit 1,000 employer partners. We launched AI-powered CV screening and our first bias-detection model.
2023
Series A — £12M Raised
We closed a £12M Series A round led by Octopus Ventures, enabling international expansion into the EU and North America, and tripling our engineering team.
2024
500K Placements Milestone
A landmark year: half a million successful placements made through TalentFlow AI. We launched real-time interview coaching and predictive retention analytics.
2025
B Corp Certified
After an 18-month assessment process, TalentFlow AI achieved B Corp certification — one of the first AI recruitment platforms to do so globally.
